Damage Policy
We kindly ask all guests to treat our picnic setups and equipment with care. In the event that any items are lost, damaged, or broken during your reservation, the cost of repair or replacement will be the responsibility of the customer. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the quality of our experiences for all guests.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. As a courtesy, we kindly ask that you cancel at least 48 to 72 hours before your scheduled picnic. This allows us to accommodate other guests and manage our setup schedule efficiently.

Refund Policy
Please note that all sales are final. Due to the nature of our services and the preparation involved in creating each picnic experience, we are unable to offer refunds once a booking has been confirmed. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out with any questions prior to completing your reservation.
